Beaverton #100 holds a memorable Western Night and September Stated

Beaverton Lodge returns to labor from the summer by holding it’s traditional Junior Wardens dinner themed Western Night.  JW Billy Burns did not disappoint with homemade chicken potpie enjoyed by all in attendance.  The lodge has always kept the energy high by holding onto the traditions of many masters that came before us.  The September Stated meeting was no exception to this.

In addition to a fabulous dinner by the JW, a special presentation was made to Byron Ward for his many years, 65 to be exact, of service to the craft.  Bro Byron will be moving back to Missouri to be closer to his family and we will miss him greatly, especially his contributions of humor at the refreshment table. WM Steve Barkley presented him with a Masonic pocket watch engraved to keep Beaverton Masonic Lodge forever in his memory.  Many thanks go out to WB Dan Gray in his work in putting this special gift together.

Good luck in your travels Bro Byron!
